Former Minister Arben Malaj has spoken about Prime Minister Edi Rama's new cabinet and what he expects from this government in the next 4 years.
Given that the entire mandate is focused on integration, Malaj stated that it is very important that the chief negotiator and negotiator did not change.
" I wasn't surprised. It's a trademark of Rama that this is how he forms governments. I'm not convinced that ministers find out at the last minute. It was discussed in the Presidency and then decided in our time. Minister is a constitutional position and when you swear before the constitution, the responsibility is yours. Names have disappeared from year to year. Only the prime minister does the campaign. It's important that the chief negotiator and the negotiator have not changed. The budget has not functioned properly, there have been expenses. Sectors of the economy and the separation of the economy with tourism was necessary ," Malaj said on A2 CNN.
