Democrat Roland Bejko was invited to the first part of the podcast "TëPashoq" on Pamflet's "Youtube" channel, where he spoke about the voices opposing Berisha within the DP, demanding a recount of votes within the party.
According to Bejko, one of the reasons why Berisha wants to suppress these offices within the DP is because he has the court case over the “Partizani” file. He emphasized that he does not need internal noise at such a moment, as Berisha will focus only on the problems with the court.
" In this situation, also based on the threat that was made to them, when they were told: "We will beat you with wood," because that is how the message of the Berisha family lawyer is translated. Now, is it Berisha's words or someone else who told him to say this, I don't know, but someone from the DP should come out and distance themselves from it. If they don't distance themselves, then the situation is very serious. Do you know why they don't make a sound? They don't worry about votes or the statute. They are worried about the courts, because a judging panel has just been appointed to review the "Partizani" file and they no longer have the nerve to listen to internal pressures from the party. Where is their concern and where is the Democrats' concern? The concern of the Berisha family has nothing to do with that of the Democrats. The Democrats want to take power ," said Bejko.
