The majority continues to boycott the Investigative Commission for concessions in Health, while the opposition says that they have tried to hijack the direction of the commission.
In a communication with the media, the chairman of the commission, Albana Vokshi, also requested that Plarent Ndreca and Milva Ekonomi be excluded from this commission.
As for the previous meeting, where the majority alone approved the agenda and requests for information, Albana Vokshi considered it "illegal and illegitimate", adding that the SP tried to hijack the direction of the Commission.
"This boycott of the majority comes from an illegal, illegitimate meeting where the deputies of the majority led by the deputy president Plarent Ndreca, in violation of the regulation, gathered illegally, usurping and trying to hijack the direction of this Commission. It is not enough for them to have the majority in this commission, but they have continuously tried to hijack the leadership of this commission. The chairmanship of the commissions belongs to the initiator.
The continuation of the last meeting is illegal, we have asked the Speaker of the Assembly to forward our letter about the cancellation of the meeting and the invalidity of the decisions taken. Today we signed another letter that we will forward to the Speaker of the Assembly, where we point out the violations of the law, unprecedented votes, are a blow to the parliamentary investigation.
In this meeting, due to the lack of quorum, we cannot examine the several requests for information because the law they have made prevents us", said Vokshi.
