Prime Minister Edi Rama will participate in the next summit of the European Political Community, which will take place in the capital of Armenia, Yerevan.
This was announced by Rama during the weekly podcast, as he will travel from Berlin to Yerevan to participate in the proceedings of the Summit, which will take place on May 4-5.
This 8th meeting will bring together leaders from across the continent in Yerevan, Armenia, under the motto "Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe".
The summit will be co-chaired by António Costa, President of the European Council, and Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Armenia. The summit is expected to be attended by 48 heads of state and government, including Canada for the first time. Non-EU countries will include representatives from Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
The next summit meeting of the European Political Community will take place in Ireland in November 2026. Last year, the Summit was held in Albania.
