Before the draft decision was put to the vote, the law on electronic communications was voted. This law received 12 votes against from the opposition. After him, a vote was taken to set up the "Xhafaj" commission, and the fact that there were only 6 votes against it stood out. Those who pressed the red button were: Lindita Metaliaj, Ervin Salianji, Elda Hoti, Agron Shehaj, Ilda Dhori and Albana Vokshi.
Meanwhile, the other 6 deputies who were present, at the moment that Nikola put the decision on the anti-corruption commission to the vote, got up and ran away, not participating in the vote and not voting against. They are: Gazment Bardhi, Xelal Mziu, Kastriot Piroli, Bledion Nallbati, Luan Baçi and Fatmir Mediu.
