The establishment of the anti-corruption commission, Tabaku: The majority has no
The deputy of the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku, during her speech in the Assembly, spoke about the establishment of the Anticorruption Commission.

Tabaku proved once again that this majority has neither the moral attribute nor the political will to fight corruption, since according to her, for years it has denied the existence of corrupt affairs that SPAK is proving through the files it has sent to the court.

Likewise, according to Tabak, it is the same majority that has approved 15 custom laws that have stimulated corruption while refusing to demand transparency and accountability from the government.

"If there is inclusiveness then this inclusiveness should happen in every process, it should always happen. It should also happen with the presentation here of an idea that could also come from the opposition that the integration process is absolutely not capital in any way and is not the property of the government. Today, Albania needs to move from this impasse, from this 12-year-long sludge that has created a corrupt system, that has corrupted institutions, that is corrupting individuals, who are going and appearing before the doors of the Special Prosecutor's Office more than in their offices", said Tabaku in the parliament.

Tabaku also emphasized that the majority cannot ignore the opposition, while also asking some questions.

"Can a commission that duplicates the role of the National Integration Council do this? That the same people who are in the National Integration Council will be taken and placed in another commission just because the Integration Council is run by the opposition. Why do you say Toni Gogu did better than Jorida Tabaku? We are both there in the National Integration Council. Why can a socialist do it better than a colleague of the opposition when the main task of the opposition is precisely this accountability, the demand for transparency, the monitoring of the government, which unfortunately today is at the lowest level it has been in years.

Unfortunately today there is a lack of real gear to fight corruption and on the other hand I believe as I believed 3 years ago when I said in this hall, that the fight against corruption should become a national priority, it should become a culture work, in a way of working and in a tradition that have given up advising the majority because it has not happened in these 10 years ", said Tabaku

Tabaku also highlighted the socialist boycott of the socialist majority against the KKIE, showing that there is no will to run a national council and to respect a law that was agreed upon by the two political parties not more than two years ago.

"Last week, the Minister of State was going to report to the National Integration Council on corruption, unfortunately the socialist colleagues refused to be there. It was the first time it happened in the National Integration Council. It was the first time that the hall was empty, that the majority boycotted, why? "Simply for the reason of the creation of a commission that will be led by them", said Tabaku while analyzing how the AdHoc Commission not only did not agree with the opposition, but also doubled the role of KKIE" , said Tabaku.
