CEC has registered the "Together We Win" coalition as a participant in the September 24 elections in Kukës...
Sali Berisha will compete in Kukës again under the umbrella of Ilir Meta. Although there was a request from him to enter the election with the DP logo, the CEC has rejected it and decided to register the "Together We Win" Coalition, with the Freedom Party at the head.
In these elections, Berisha has proposed Emir Vata as a candidate and he is registered under the logo of "Bashke Fitomje". So it seems that the same scheme as on May 14 will be followed. Ilir Meta has made the party available to Berisha to compete, while in the end the votes go to PL and not PD. It is the PL that, thanks to these votes, has benefited from more funds and more commissioners.
Meanwhile, SP will compete with Albert Halilajn in these elections. What stands out is that so far there is no proposal from the official PD. Lulzim Basha has not sent any request to the CEC to register and there is no candidate. Today is the registration deadline and it remains to be seen what will happen until midnight.
Kukësi goes to the elections because of Safet Gjic's sexual scandal. But it seems that it will also be a test for the opposition. Berisha has decided to go to Meta again, confirming the alliance between them.
