
The Central Election Commission has updated the data on the participation in the May 11 elections. As of 12:00, the participation at the national level has reached 22.37% of voters.
The Tirana region recorded the highest turnout in the elections, with 25.13% of voters having voted by noon. In Tirana, 136,564 voters have voted by this time.
Meanwhile, the Vlora Region recorded the lowest turnout, with only 16.29%, with 27,563 voters casting their ballots. It seems as if voters in Vlora chose to watch the “Giro d'Italia” before heading to the ballot boxes.

GJIROKASTAR: Turnout is 20.75%, with 11,366 voters having voted.
KORÇË: Turnout is 21.07%, with 39,783 voters having voted.
KUKĂS: Turnout is 21.79%, with 7,503 voters having voted.
LEZHA: Turnout is 23.98%, with 19,536 voters having voted.
