Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has stated that he gave the permits for the construction of 17 towers at the former Partizani complex to Edi Rama, Lulzim Basha and Erion Veliaj.
In a statement to the media, Berisha said that there is an official document that they are hiding.
"There is a document they are hiding. In the document, with Rama's signature, it is said that this terrain has lost its function. It is an official document.
Berisha does not have a single one for the construction of any building. It is the signature of the Municipality of Tirana because that is what the law requires. The 17 towers built on this land, the two construction permits were given by Edi Rama, the building site permits were given by Rama, the documents are deleted. Four construction permits have been granted to Erion Veliaj.
In order not to talk further, the others were given to Lulzim Basha, these turn into banal slander", said Berisha.
