The Assembly will hold its next parliamentary session on Tuesday (February 3), and the agenda includes 14 items, including an interpellation with the Minister of Justice.
Also among the issues that will be discussed are the changes to the law "On Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances" and the law "On Protection from Discrimination".
Another item on the Agenda is the Draft Law "On the Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Exercise of Public Functions" and the Draft Decision "On the Establishment of the Subcommittee on Sustainable Development within the Standing Parliamentary Committee on Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Sustainable Development".
In the last parliamentary session, the opposition raised concerns about the fact that there are many draft laws on the agenda of the Assembly, stating that this turns the Parliament into a kiosk. Luciano Boçi, on behalf of the DP, proposed increasing the number of plenary sessions and a more thorough discussion of the drafts that are presented. But it seems that Boçi's proposal was not taken into account, since even in the next session, the one on February 3, the agenda includes 14 issues.

In accordance with order no. 9, dated 30.1.2026 of the President of the Assembly, Mr. Niko Peleshi, the agenda is as follows:
1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 22.1.2026. (Article 44, point 2, of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly)
