The government has made other changes to the management structures of the Ministries of Education, Environment and Agriculture. With new decisions of the Council of Ministers, several dismissals and appointments have been signed that affect the heads of important institutions subordinate to these ministries and at the level of deputy ministers.
Arta Dollani has been relieved of her duties as Director General of the National Environment Agency. Dollani, who had led the institution for several years, is leaving the post at a time when the government is restructuring several agencies under the Ministry of Environment.
In the new decisions, Herida Duro has been appointed Deputy Minister of Education; while Elda Xhumari takes the post of Deputy Minister of Environment. The moves also include the Ministry of Agriculture, where Roland Kristo has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
