The Socialist and Democratic Parties are closing their electoral campaigns today. Both electoral forces have started rallies in Tirana. The DP has gathered its militants at Bulevardi i Ri, while the SP has gathered at the Olympic Park.
The SP campaign started with the performance of several young people, as well as the singer Elvana Gjata. The head of the Socialist Party Rama himself appeared alongside his wife, Linda Rama. While Manastirliu, in her speech, stated that May 11 is not simply an election date, but a historic day.

We have knocked on every door, on every street and neighborhood of Tirana to present our vision and ambitious plan for an EU member Albania. We have shared together the good work done in these 12 years. Just as we have knocked on every door, we have also heard criticism. We have been supported and spoken words from the heart because even more citizens will join us in the work we will do in the next 4 years towards a European Albania. Tirana has spoken in this campaign through the voices of young people, first-time voters, who believe in a European Albania ," she said.

Xhafaj: Together we will lead Albania towards the EU
The SP candidate on the open list in Tirana, Fatmir Xhafaj, said that on May 11, citizens will give the SP a big victory.
In his speech at the closing of the SP campaign in Tirana's Olympic Park, Xhafaj said that the fourth mandate will be won by the SP from its supporters. He also said that together we will lead Albania towards the EU.
