Luigi Soreca ignores Berisha and Bardhi, meets with Jorida Tabaku

The EU ambassador in Tirana, Luigi Soreca, met today afternoon with the deputy of the DP and at the same time the chairperson of the Integration Commission, Jorida Tabaku.

Although Gazment Bardhi and Sali Berisha are fighting in the opposition, Soreca has chosen not to get involved in the fight within the DP and has decided to meet Tabak from the ranks of the opposition.

The news about the meeting was announced by Tabaku himself through a post on the "X" platform, where he said that he discussed with Ambassador Soreca about the fight against corruption, the space of the opposition in the commissions and the violation of TIM data.  

" I met @LSorecaEU in Parliament today to discuss her new role in the integration process and future challenges. The focus was the fight against corruption, space for the opposition in parliament through investigative commissions, TIM data breaches and the need to adapt to the GDPR" , writes Tabaku.
