Loan mobster Arben Meskuti in prison; Akan of "IuteCredit" and Bajrami
Akan Ajdini and Bajram Muçaj /

Although in the report of the Ministry of Justice, these two fraudsters connected to Russian banks, who have been filed as a criminal group with Arben Meskuti, are not being affected by Anti-crime and Justice, because Akan Ajdini of "IuteCredit" is the brother-in-law of a journalist known television, while Bajram Muçaj is a cousin and partner with Ilir Meta in the "Besa" fund...

After keeping the file of the gang of micro-credit thieves in a drawer for 4 years without taking any action, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana, within 3 days, investigated and brought to court the decision to arrest 9 of the 40 members of this gang, who extorted over 150 thousand Albanians until the day of the arrest.

Among those arrested on May 23, 2024, is Arben Meskuti, the "head" of the gang, who was also arrested on July 22, 2022, during an attempt to escape with a fake American passport; after the report made by the Ministry of Justice, for the creation and management of a structured criminal group, with fraudulent activities and theft of citizens.

But after a few months, Arben Meskuti was released, allegedly due to non-compliance with procedures and lack of evidence, and the case was dismissed, returning to the activity of fraud and theft with the agency "Micro Credit Albania", "Final" and "Credo.al". ".

He acted in cooperation with the agencies "Iute Credit", "Fondi Besa" and the executive network "Consulting Company", "ADCA", "ZIG", "FLASH", "FS, Re/Plus", "Re/Max" and some legal entities, which were jointly owned with bank directors.

After being released for two years in fraud activity; the same police, prosecutor and court; on May 23, 2024, he arrested Arben Meskuti again, with the same charges and evidence, as the head of the same criminal group of micro-loans and enforcement offices.

Many denunciations have been made in SPAK, which say that for the release in 2022 and the dismissal of the criminal case, Arben Meskuti paid thousands of Euros in bribes, out of the millions he has stolen from the citizens.

The financial crimes he has committed together with his wife Ernela Çuberi, his brother-in-law Indrit Çuberi and the couple Olsi and Elda Ibro, are so massive and of great value that they became the subject of a debate in parliament and an investigation in SPAK, therefore prosecutors and other judges , they were forced to arrest him again 1 week ago.

The fact that Arben Meskuti's closest and most active collaborators have not been arrested is surprising: the owner of the "IuteCredit" agency Akan Ajdini, and the owner of the "Besa Fund" Bajram Muçaj; with whom, Arben Meskuti has deceived, stolen and seized over 50 thousand citizens through loans and false interests.

But Akan Ajdini of "IuteCredit" and Bajram Muçaj of the "Besa" fund have not been arrested and their licenses have not been revoked by the State Bank; they even continue to steal from citizens, through fake loans.

Although in the report of the Ministry of Justice, these two fraudsters connected to Russian banks, who have been filed as a criminal group with Arben Meskuti, are not being affected by Anti-crime and Justice, because Akan Ajdini of "IuteCredit" is the brother-in-law of a journalist well-known television, while Bajram Muçaj is a cousin and partner with Ilir Meta in the "Besa" fund.

It is not known if Arben Meskuti has made a bargain to be arrested and released again, as a scheme not to affect his two associates Akan Ajdini and Bajram Muçaj, to continue the frauds and thefts, with the loans they have together in the process at "IuteCredit" and " Besa Fund".

But it is known that the other two leaders of the "Micro Credit Albania" and "Final" gangs, Olsi and Elda Ibro, were allowed to escape to France, while only a few members of the micro-credit mafia gang were arrested together with Arben Meskuti. / Pamphlet
