He acted in cooperation with the agencies "Iute Credit", "Fondi Besa" and the executive network "Consulting Company", "ADCA", "ZIG", "FLASH", "FS, Re/Plus", "Re/Max" and some legal entities, which were jointly owned with bank directors.
After being released for two years in fraud activity; the same police, prosecutor and court; on May 23, 2024, he arrested Arben Meskuti again, with the same charges and evidence, as the head of the same criminal group of micro-loans and enforcement offices.
Many denunciations have been made in SPAK, which say that for the release in 2022 and the dismissal of the criminal case, Arben Meskuti paid thousands of Euros in bribes, out of the millions he has stolen from the citizens.
The financial crimes he has committed together with his wife Ernela Çuberi, his brother-in-law Indrit Çuberi and the couple Olsi and Elda Ibro, are so massive and of great value that they became the subject of a debate in parliament and an investigation in SPAK, therefore prosecutors and other judges , they were forced to arrest him again 1 week ago.
