The marathon session of the Parliament continued its work even after midnight. Before the start of the vote, Ulsi Manja took the floor to wish a happy birthday to the MP for Lezha, Admir Kadeli, who is celebrating his 37th birthday.
"Since the 8th caught us in parliament, I want to wish a happy birthday to our colleague Admir Kadeli and my friend, Admir Kadeli. Happy 37th birthday and all the best!" , said Manja.
