At the meeting of the Assembly Bureau, the complaint filed by opposition MPs regarding their exclusion from the parliamentary session was discussed.
During the debate on this issue, Taulant Balla, head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, emphasized that the expelled deputies used incendiary substances during the session held on December 18, citing this as the reason for the action taken against them.

Law No. 9126, dated 29.7.2003, “On the civil use of explosives and pyrotechnics and fireworks in the Republic of Albania”, on the use of pyrotechnics.
Do you know what the objective of this law is?
The purpose of this law is to determine the procedures, rules and responsibilities of the state administration for the production, storage, use, control, destruction, transfer and manner of trading, as well as the registration and tracking of explosives for civil use.
I don't remember attending any meeting of the Assembly Bureau with the media.
"We came up with the idea that there would be reflection, when in fact there was no reflection. Regarding Mr. Këlliçi's request, the Bureau meetings are held behind closed doors. Anyone with parliamentary experience knows this," said Balla.
