Flamur Noka, Secretary General of the Democratic Party, has reacted through a post on social networks, regarding the case of Irena Gjoka, judge of the Special Court, who, after verifications by the General Prosecutor's Office, it turns out that she was convicted in Greece, but did not declare it on the decriminalization form.
Noka's reaction came after the General Prosecutor's Office submitted its investigation into Irena Gjoka to the Supreme Court of Kosovo, confirming that the documents for her conviction are original.
According to Noka, 'the defense that Altin Dumani made resulted in 5 to nothing. Irena 5-adjective is the image of what we have: Justice with Direction'.
