The former deputy of PD Myslim Murrizi is one of the rare characters in Albanian politics who speaks openly about alliances, bargains and dirty collaborations made by high officials for their personal interests.
In an interview for "SOT" newspaper, Murrizi commented on the recent elections in Himare. According to him, both Sali Berisha and Edi Rama played a servile policy towards Greece. On the other hand, he casts doubt on SPAK's operations. For Murrizi, criminals and corrupt officials are notified 2 weeks before there will be an attack, and then arrest warrants are issued by SPAK.
He also accuses MP Gazment Bardhi, who according to him was revolted because Balla and Niko Peleshi were being fired when just a few days ago Gazi voted for the Electoral Code. Murrizi calls this electoral code a bastard for dirty shopping haters to hold a stinking chair in 2025. - How have you seen the situation within the opposition in recent days, looking at the results of the Himara elections, do you think that in the 2025 elections, will a stronger opposition be a candidate to secure more votes?
For the elections in Himare, I have publicly stated that I was not one of those who applauded either Beleri or Gjikuri. First, none of them were candidates of DP, neither of them. They were candidates of the forced coalition and the candidacy of Gjikuria, without being asked by the PD branch in Himare, at least from the public statements made by the head of that branch, it would be good to have an oppositionist from that country. Subject to primaries and between 2-3 candidates that PPD1 could offer. Most members of the opposition parties choose a strong candidate in the campaign. It is not appropriate to have an imported mayor in the Municipality, just as it is not appropriate for the deputies. But this is a fraudulent code and the MPs lie for 4 years in one district and have no face to go there again and change districts like great leaders. This was a servile policy towards Greece. Both sides of who wanted it more. There was no need to Hellenize Himara, when there were 85% people of ethnic, national nationality and 15% are ethnically Albanian and of Albanian nationality, but they made the citizenship Greek for the sake of a pension and a passport until 2010 when they were not visas removed. There was no need to bring two minorities, neither Gjikuria nor Tavo.
-SPAK in a recent operation has issued 30 arrest warrants for criminal groups, where it was also seen the involvement of prosecutors and judges from the ranks of justice, such as the case of Mr. Aurel Zarka, the former chief prosecutor of Vlora, for easing measures against exponents of criminal groups. Do you think there will be a 'hot' September for SPAK, given that crime is closely linked to politics, hitting the political sphere as well?
I'm against stocks both in labor party time, by hop and by month. -How have you seen the movements of the ministers of the Rama government, new names and faces unknown to the public, do you think that those sudden dismissals indicate the swelling of corruption in the government or a movement of Rama for the 2025 elections?
These are not movements of the ministers, they are movements of the deputy. Ministers and director of directors. Where are the ministers in the Rama government? Since Rama himself is the prime minister, minister, general secretary, etc. These are some ordinary individuals, they are 4 citizens, without political contribution, without political recognition, without facing the citizens.
