Former deputy Myslym Murrizi, a well-known voice of the opposition, has warned of possible trouble for the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.
According to Murriz, a group of political "mercenaries" from the blue headquarters is being formed to attack Berisha and undermine his positions within the party.
Also, he has identified two deputies of the Democratic Party who, according to him, have made harmful bargains with the Socialist Party at the expense of the interests of the Democrats. This development can cause major disturbances in Albanian politics and affect the internal dynamics of the DP. As for the changes in the Electoral Code, Murrizi warns of a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court.
- Mr. Murrizi, what will September bring as expectations are really high, not only from SPAK but also from politics?
What I see most interest for the political September is the already announced lawsuit in the Constitutional Court of many political forces, which did not agree with a regression that was the year 2021 of the Electoral Code, the way Albanians should choose, but in fact these changed the way to vote. I see this as an innovation and I hope and wish that the Constitutional Court will take it into consideration as soon as possible to make it real in full accordance with the Constitution in order to have the opportunity for the voters to kick the compromise list from a vote in 2025 handful of palaces on both sides.
- It was an expected decision, so the vote of the diaspora was a constitutional obligation that was more or less known, the time limit has been removed, 2/3 of the lists are closed, what happened?
No, there have not been 7000 votes.
It was anti-constitutional, it was a check that measured the pulse of how the opposition will have the courage to stand by what it had declared a little while ago that it wanted an open list but which was never actually requested. The negotiating group, Gazi and Ogerti, never asked for the open lists. Then Berisha came out and said that the deputies belong to the party, I don't know if it was a slip or what he knows spiritually, but that in fact the candidates belong to the party, the deputies belong to the citizens. If they were from the party, the party has 40,000 members, elects 3-4 MPs out of 140. The other elector has 80,000 with all patrons and he elects 7-8 MPs.
The MPs belong to different political subjects, among them the citizens have the right to choose the one they trust with the power of their vote so that for 4 years they make laws and speak and defend their interests in the Parliament. Which has not happened since 2009, as the entire Parliament hall is nominated and has two co-chairs. The one that was sold to the public, Mr. Bylykbashi, as if it was an obligation of the Constitutional Court, is an ordinary fraud of a handful of caterpillars who seek to rumble at any cost by licking the brain of any type of president. Rama has another problem, there is no need to lick every DP shell, but SPAK has a problem because more people go to SPAK offices than to SP offices or Parliamentary Group meetings.
PD has been out of power for 12 years, it is in its worst state thanks to the collective delusion and the seizure before the meal where they burned the mandates as a herd under the historical screams of today's bisbics who are in Parliament saying burn the mandates. They forgave 60 municipalities of Rama and yours only of Shkodra, and now they are degdisi as one lap in another. The Constitutional Court overturned the quotient. The decision of the Constitutional Court is not changed and redone from scratch no matter how dirty and in their mouths for a stinking chair from the next elections that could be the negotiating group between SP and PD.
So they withdrew from the quotient. The Constitutional Court has not said in any letter that the decision of June 28 that the lists should be closed, as the Constitution does not say so. PD should have been a war horse to be for 100% open lists and insistently ask for it or not give consensus to make this dirty amalgamation of palaces, since the lists were open after the decision of the Constitutional Court. Because they were open, Qamil Xhafa was entered in Elbasan, because the lists were open, Petrit Doda was entered as it was Aldo Bumçi's turn.
- Today, the DP in leadership has the historic leader that you have supported all the time that you occasionally go to Mr. Berisha's gatherings. Where do you part with Sali Berisha today?
I have supported him and will support him in an injustice done to him by the justice bodies that I see as communism. Berisha does not have a concrete accusation today and I support him as a citizen and I see that the right of a citizen who has been in politics for 30 years is being violated and it is causing trouble to the ordinary citizen.
- In politics, where do you join Berisha?
Politically, Berisha should not fall prey to a group of filth that he is, where he is in trouble and they want him to pray with his soul that he is also in the campaign, to be punished, not to be on the list for MPs and such, after they take the mandate they will be thrown down their throats as they were thrown on September 9. Remember what they will say to them and it will be a flower of what they said to Zeni's father, criminal, traitor, murderer, 'non-women', etc. Remember what they will say after they receive the mandate with signature.
I really hope that the Constitutional Court will spoil the spoiled dish, like a dog dish on July 30. Even if Berisha was the drafter or the agreeer for this dog food which he took back and heated. It's April 1, 2008 dog food. Sali Berisha must exercise the primary vote as was announced to the Albanians when the Re-establishment started.
- With what are you articulating, are you charging Mr. Berisha with responsibility?
Absolutely, since I am a member of the National Council and not for President Sali Berisha. I am disappointed by what the Re-establishment started for, which I joined with joy after belonging to the PD party since December 8, 1900.
-How do you explain, if you hold Mr. Berisha responsible, there was a kind of euphoria after the seal passed. There was a gasp when it was expected that the stamp would pass to the DP. But then what happened?
The fading occurred, which has come as a result of the alienation of the DP leadership. Those Albanians who voted for it, believed in a Refoundation of this political entity, the first after 45 years, to have some new rules, different from Rama's party, as the heir of the Labor Party. They believed in Sali Berisha's character, manhood, sincerity, man of his word, not these. These lick the pan and the garuzhde have been stealing it like a dog all day. How can I believe someone who in 4 months has wandered in the houses of presidents./Today
