The deputy of the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku, spoke about the protest of July 11 and what the largest opposition party in the country should do as we are before the elections.
Tabaku said that the protest shows broad support, but the MP emphasized that the DP's problem is the day after the protest. For this, Tabaku said that PD also needs the spirit, while he emphasized that the party should expand and should not only speak to militants, but to all strata.
"I believed that many things divided us then, but I thought that the fight against the opponent should unite us. PD has never had a problem filling the boulevard. For me, the turnout was good. The problem we've always had is what happens the day after the protest. The fact that today we are in an electoral year, we must go to the people who have an electoral issue, but also for the solution of how tomorrow will be better. We have spent a lot of time that the government does it this way and knows how to do it this way. We have to show that we are different. Contact with people, discussion.
PD has very good structures, but it also needs spirit. As a result of the internal debate and the long transition of the last three years it has actually been absent. Today we have to create this post protest.
