Changes in the composition of several Parliamentary Committees are expected at Thursday's plenary session in the Assembly. The changes are related to the reassignment of some MPs following the recent changes in the government.
According to information, former Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, is expected to be appointed as a member of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security.
Meanwhile, Pirro Vëngu is expected to be part of the Committee on Productive Activity, Trade and Environment, known as the Committee on Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Sustainable Development.
These changes come after recent cabinet reshuffles. Elisa Spiropali left the post of Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and Ferit Hoxha was appointed to this position.
On the other hand, Pirro Vëngu was dismissed from the post of Minister of Defense, and his place was taken by Ermal Nufi.
Decisions on the new composition of the committees are expected to be approved during Thursday's plenary session in the Assembly.
