The problem is that politics aims to put under its feet every independent institution and this is the alarm bell...

As the elections are approaching, Rama has come up with a new theory, that of working together to eradicate corruption. Today he sent a second invitation to Sali Berisha's group, to come together with the aim of setting up the "super commission", which will have the fate of the state in its hands.

But while internationals believe it, Albanians are skeptical. Can the corrupt fight corruption? SP has been in power for 10 years and corruption has reached its peak. The Prime Minister remembered to take this step at a time when SPAK is operating.

But it seems that the goal is not only to duplicate justice. Rama seems to be trying to block the taps that send water to SPAK. To be more clear, Rama intends to capture many other institutions that supply the prosecutor's office with information.

The one that reveals it is article 6 of the resolution. There it is clear who the majority intends to capture with the help of Berisha's group. In addition to the justice bodies, SP has targeted: Economic Crime, the Directorate of Money Laundering, ILDKP, KLSH, the State Inspectorate of Market Supervision, Taxes, Cadastre and internal audit groups.

A large part of the above institutions are dependent on the government, but we have institutions like KLSH, ILDKP, SPAK or Money Laundering that should be independent. With this initiative, it is intended to bring them under control. KLSH is today the only body that denounces corruption. It seems that there is not much need for ILDKP, since this institution no longer makes reports or anything else and politics is very satisfied. The problem is that the policy aims to put under its feet every independent institution and this is an alarm bell.

" To further deepen the efforts to strengthen the implementation of the law by enabling an analytical process of assessment and recommendations with concrete legal and institutional measures that aim, among other things, to reform, with the same ambition and depth as we did with the reform of justice and of the agencies of other law enforcement agencies that are responsible for the fight against corruption at all levels of government and the administration of public assets, economic crime, prevention of money laundering, declaration and control of officials' assets and conflicts of interest, financial audit and inspection, internal control, informality or market surveillance, property registration and administration, etc. aiming at the motivation, integrity, accountability, accountability and better efficiency of these structures in respect and implementation of the law at all levels of government ", it is said in point 6 of the resolution.

Yesterday, the director of ILDKP reported to the Law Commission, and MP Oerd Bylykbashi raised this point as a concern, as he said that the government intends to affect this institution as well. So in short, they want to cover what they reveal, wealth. / Pamphlet
