Democratic deputy Flamur Noka has said that SPAK is being used by the government to exert pressure on criminal groups, to buy the 2025 elections.
Noka does not spare the accusations against Duman, while stating that he is the political head of an organization that covers government crimes.
"Altin Dumani is a person, he is the political head of an organization that covers government crimes and attacks the opposition. Why, when we were in power, no one escaped, we were putting them behind bars, such as Aldo Bare, because we were not caught and we had not used any gang to come to power", said Noka.
Noka draws a parallel with the "Force of the Law" operation, according to which he warns the criminal gangs that if they do not contribute to the theft of the elections, then they will go to justice.
"This is the same as the "Force of the Law" operation, all organized crime they opened a case against you, neither arrested nor confiscated a property, why? Because they contacted them, they turned them into electoral headquarters, and used them against the opposition to buy votes. They were announced individually by the state, and today you don't have them in Albania. The operation is a warning, that if you don't do everything for the next elections, it's your turn. SPAK is being used for the 2025 elections," said Noka on A2 CNN.
Flamur Noka continued with the accusations against the head of SPAK, Altin Duman] saying that he was taken hostage by the government of Edi Rama.
"Nobody takes the opposition hostage, he is Edi Rama's mercenary and today he took his head out. Today it was shown that SPAK is a political organization", continued Noka.
