The debate continued in the Complaints and Sanctions Committee between the DP representative, Marash Logu, and the members of the committee, especially member Ilir Rusmali.
This situation also required the intervention of opposition member Ledio Braho, who made it clear to Logu that if they did not trust a member of the KAS, then they should not bring the issues up for consideration at all, because they did not trust the entire body either.
He pointed out to Logu that his requests for Rusmal's exclusion had been rejected, had been tried once, and it was their right if they wanted to continue with the appeal.
Logu said that Rusmali knew well that the DP-ADSHM did not trust him.
"The KAS member knows very well that we do not have confidence in either his professionalism or in the direction he is taking of this session. But we are obliged as long as the KAS has made the decision not to be excluded from this session," said the DP's legal representative.
This is where the DP member of the Commission, Braho, intervened:
"You have a claim about a member of the KAS that we have expressed several times and have refuted. But if you do not trust us, it is better not to show up at all. Because if you do not trust a member of the corps, you do not trust the corps at all."
