At the end of his speech, DP leader Sali Berisha apologized for the mistakes he made in his government towards former persecuted people and political prisoners. The latter did not receive all the compensation they were entitled to, while Berisha promised that after May 11th he would finally realize it.
He emphasized that May 11 is not a matter of party or Sali Berisha's personal power, but of Albania, while also promising to cancel the laws made by the Rama government regarding the plunder of properties and strategic investments.
"We may have made mistakes towards the former persecuted and political prisoners in previous mandates and we apologize, but we will correct them, I give you my word of honor. In the next mandate we will give a final solution. We will cancel all of Edi Rama's current laws, which plunder property as in 1946. With the strategic investments he invents, he plunders Albania's property. We have come to a single decision called cannabis. We will overthrow this dictatorship. Let's turn night into day, continue contacts, communication, conversations, unite. It is not a question of the parties and the power of Sali Berisha. But for high salaries, high pensions, education, employment, investments, to make Albania a mistress, victory! ", he concluded.
