Chris LaCivita, who led the campaign of the Democratic Party and the 'Greater Albania Alliance' coalition in the May 11 elections, said on the Top Story show that he cannot work for the socialists and communists.
LaCivita spoke about Berisha's wife, his communications with the US State Department, and the prime minister, the latter of whom he said does not work with 'socialists, communists, like Edi Rama'.
He also revealed whether Sali Berisha will travel to the USA.
When asked if he is used to this type of opponent (Rama), he responded by saying "I am used to dealing with unstable opponents and Edi Rama is one of them. The campaign is not about me, but about his last 12 years as prime minister."
What is Rama's problem?
Lacivita: He has been prime minister for a long time. I can't talk about any strong points, considering the economy. If you had an hour, I would have explained his weak points to you.
Berisha may travel to the USA, did you have any information?
LaCivita: No, I didn't know. As for the letter, no, I didn't know. When it was published, I had a nice feeling.

LaCivita: No, because my focus has been on the campaign in Albania.
Is there vote buying in Albania?
LaCivita: First of all, I don't speak for the US. I think it's important to remind people that democracy is sacred and the right to vote is sacred. People in a democracy have the ability to change the government or accept it. It's clear in my mind that there was no doubt that there were problems with the voting process in Albania, there were votes that were bought, people who stayed in Albania were incited, this happens everywhere, even in the US.
Does the DP have an open door?
LaCivita: I don't communicate with DASH, but they watch the news and certainly show attention to what's happening. I've been involved in US electoral politics for 35 years. And of course for President Trump. The Republican Party is close to the DP, I fit in naturally. I don't work for the communists, the socialists, like Edi Rama.
