Here's how power has delighted Rama and Berisha...
Although one has 25 years in politics and the other 35 years, both Edi Rama and Sali Berisha are not breaking away from politics. Rama is seeking a fourth consecutive term, while Berisha is seeking a return to government after two terms as prime minister and "rule" as president.
The main reason that keeps both of them in politics is fear. Both are afraid of justice and will do anything to gain immunity. But besides that, there is also the good that power gives: wealth.
Both Rama and Berisha have followed the same strategy. Over the years, both have declared to the HIDAA only their salary and an apartment, while their families are swimming in luxury.
" Pamphlet " lists below how their wealth has changed over the years. It is noticeable that Rama's wife has a lot of wealth, while his son has recently started to gain as well, who justifies himself with works of art.
As for Berisha, the luxury of Shkëlzen and Argita is known. Both have very large assets. In 2021, Berisha made a full asset declaration when he returned as an MP after burning his mandates and there he declared all the luxury. This does not include the villas and apartments of Jamarbri, which SPAK has seized.

Në deklarimin e bërë pranë ILDKP për vitin 2023, zonja deklaron se ka blerë një apartament me sipërfaqe 107 m2, me vlerë 429 mijë euro. Si të ardhura, zonja Rama deklaron të ardhura nga punësimi, qiradhënia dhe konsulenca të ndryshme ndër vite.
Ndërkaq, Edi Rama, përpos pagës si kryeministër 27 mijë euro, gjatë vitit 2023 deklaron rreth 50 mijë USD të ardhura nga puna artistike, pra nga shitja e pikturave.

10) Daughter Ms. Argita Malltezi, owner with a 50% share of a residential building in Lalëz worth 155,000 Euros, purchased through a sales contract dated 13.07.2021. The property was purchased with funds from her husband Mr. Jamarbër Malltezi.
11) Daughter Mrs. Argita Malltezi, owner with a 50% share of an agricultural land in the village of Priskë worth 4,950,000 Lekë, with an area of 3,000 m2, according to the purchase contract dated 05.10.2004. The value according to the purchase contract is in the amount of 4,950,000 Lekë but payments have been made for additional infrastructure works of about 1,000,000 Lekë.
The son, Mr. Shkëlzen Berisha, owns a "BMW" car, manufactured in 2012.
His son, Mr. Shkëlzen Berisha, owns 100% of the shares in the Albanian Legal Company, registered with NIPT L32105027B, with capital of 100 Lekë.
