Xhemal Gjunkshi, the candidate of the 'Great Albania Alliance' coalition in the Dibra District, has denounced some of the characters who, according to him, are buying votes in Dibra on behalf of the Socialist Party.
Gjunkshi has described this as electoral terrorism being carried out in Dibër.
"The information I'm receiving from the field is alarming. Just two days before May 11, electoral terrorists have begun buying votes and threatening voters."

Daniel Gjura
and the entire renaissance clan and clandestine society led by the Leader of the Socialist Party in Dibër, Blendi Klosi.
I call on SPAK to intervene and keep the above-mentioned Persians, who are terroirizing the people of Dibra, under surveillance.
The State Police has turned into the Power Police. They do not intervene, they do not act in accordance with the law, and they allow electoral terrorists to threaten and intimidate voters.
"A warning to every electoral terrorist. They should not dare threaten the residents of Dibra. Even if they are not bothered by the Government Police, we are there to protect the vote of every citizen," writes Gjunkshi.
