The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, from the cell where he is under security measures imposed by the GJKKO, while running on the open list of the "DP-Alliance for a Greater Albania" coalition in the May 11 elections, considered the opposition's closing campaign rally to be magnificent.
Meta writes that today Albania wrote history and that May 11 "is the final sealing in the ballot boxes with the plebiscite vote of the liberated people."
"Great Albania deserved only one grand victory rally and this happened. Today Albania wrote history. Every Albanian experienced change and victory today. May 11 is the final stamping in the ballot boxes with the plebiscite vote of the liberated people," said Meta.
