Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has described the action of justice as a shame for not issuing an arrest warrant for Aman Josif, the partner of Olsi Rama.
Berisha has stated that Olsi sent Josif to Dubai, where the stolen money is deposited to build Edi Rama's Dubai City in Durrës together with the Albanian drug traffic bosses located there.
