If the elections were held today, the Socialist Party would win more mandates in the Tirana district than other parties.

The Euronews-Albania Barometer has conducted the first electoral survey for the Tirana District. The methodology used is again a stratified random sample and the sample size was 1000 citizens interviewed across the entire territory of the Tirana District, face to face. The data collection period for the first electoral survey of the Tirana District, of the Euronews-Albania Barometer is 15-25 February 2025.

The most important political question in the Barometer measurements for the May 11 elections is: Which party would you vote for if the elections were held today? Through this question in all political measurements we are able to read the voting tendency of citizens for the upcoming elections. The answers in the first measurement for the Tirana District show that: 35.2% of citizens if the elections were held today would vote for the Socialist Party; 24.6% of them would vote for the Democratic Party.

And in order as follows, 5.7% of citizens would vote for "Albania Becomes", 4.4% "Partia Mundësia" 2.8% "Lëvizja Bashkë", 1.5% Nisma Thurje, 1% Party of Freedom, 0.9% other parties. Meanwhile, 23.9% of citizens are undecided to answer this question. Some of them indicate that they will not vote, some do not know the answer or refuse to answer this question.

Comparing the citizens of Tirana County with the citizens in all of Albania for the same question, it seems that the PS is voted 3.9% less in Tirana County than at the national level (35.2%-39.1%), while the DP is also voted 3.2% less in Tirana County than at the national level (35.2%-39.1%). On the other hand, all new parties seem to be voted more in Tirana County than at the national level. Meanwhile, regarding the undecided, in Tirana County there are 4.9% more than at the national level (23.9%-19%).

Edi Rama in the first measurement in the Tirana District has 50.3% positive opinion and 47.1% negative opinion.

Agron Shehaj ranks second with 29.9% having a positive opinion and 39% having a negative opinion of him.

Adriatik Lapaj ranks third for positive opinion with 29.3% and 39.4% negative opinion.

Next comes Sali Berisha, 28.2% positive opinion of him and 66.2% negative opinion.

Arlind Qori 25.2% positive opinion and 45% negative opinion.

Endri Shabanin has 17% positive opinion from the citizens of Tirana District and 43.1% negative opinion.

Lulzim Basha 12.7% positive opinion and 81.5% negative opinion.

Enkelejd Alibeaj has 9.1% positive opinion and 59.6% negative opinion.

Last in terms of likeability is Ilir Meta with 5% positive opinion and 85.7% negative opinion.

If we compare the popularity figures in the Tirana Region with the whole of Albania for the same time period in which the data was collected (February 15-25), it results that Rama, Lapaj, Shehaj, Berisha, Shabani, Alibeaj and Meta have lower popularity in the Tirana Region compared to the whole of Albania, while the opposite happens for Qori and Basha.
