It is learned that the Prime Minister and Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, will also be present at the meeting.
So far, no official details have been made public on the agenda or issues expected to be discussed at this meeting.
This meeting comes after the meeting between Rama and President Bajram Begaj at the Brigades Palace, where the prime minister submitted proposals for changes to the government on Thursday of last week.
The meeting between Rama and Begaj lasted about 40 minutes, while the Presidency has made public details from the meeting.
It is now up to the President of the Republic to issue a decree on the dismissal and appointment of ministers. The Head of Government, just 5 months after forming the government cabinet in the 4th term of office, decided to change 7 ministerial positions, including the position of Deputy Prime Minister, but also the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defense.
The changes came after the Constitutional Court left in force, without a decision, the suspension from government duties of Belinda Balluku, who held the position of Minister of Infrastructure and Deputy Prime Minister.
The changes that caused surprise were the departures of Elisa Spiropali and Piro Vëng, although Rama had previously given signals that both ministers could leave the Government.
