The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, has reacted after the DP Parliamentary Group filed a request for his 10-day suspension from Parliament proceedings, after they alleged that Balla used offensive and threatening language towards opposition MPs.
Through a post on social networks, Balla declares that the DP Parliamentary Group has requested verification of whether the expression "we don't bark" is a metaphor or sarcasm.
