On June 6, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission decided to recognize as valid the voting of prisoners in Rrogozhina prison, despite the claims and evidence brought by the coalition "Bashke Fitom" about the illegality of the establishment of the Voting Center Commission and the list of voters in this VC.
The relator of the case, Ledio Braho, announced the decision to "reject the request for the non-inclusion in the table of results for the municipality of Rrogozhinë of the result of the elections for the voting center 2224/1 of IEVP Rrogozhinë".
On Tuesday, June 6, KAS decided to change the table of results for the municipality of Rrogozhin after the recount of votes for 55 polling stations, narrowing the result between the two candidates with only 21 more votes for the candidate of the Socialist Party, Edison Memolla.
According to the new table of results, for this municipality there are 10237 valid votes, 273 invalid votes, 5129 votes for candidate Edison Memolla and 5108 votes for Shkëlqim Hoxha of "BF".
