The letter to Balluk marks the political clash between the former head of SPAK and the Prime Minister, on the eve of the battle for the mandate of special justice
The request signed by Altin Dumani, who is no longer the de jure leader of SPAK, addressed to the Parliament for Belinda Balluku, is clearly a political clash with Edi Rama.
Altin Dumani, in his last letter as head of the special prosecution, has increased the dose of accusations, taking all tenders seriously, describing them as rigged and with legal violations.
All of this, more than a legal move to secure the necessary evidence for a specific criminal case, is a political attack on the government and, respectively, a challenge to Edi Rama.
There is no doubt that this war that the departed SPAK leader has undertaken is being encouraged by internationals, especially Americans. But the question here is what the objective or objectives of this war are.
One is known and we have said it several times: it aims to pressure the majority to achieve an increase in the mandates of SPAK prosecutors. Something to which Edi Rama gave the final answer on Sunday, that he will not carry it out.
Then it seems that the Americans have moved on to the second point of the plan, or Plan B, which consists, apparently, of bringing Altin Dumani onto the field as a strong public player, as a political rival of Edi Rama.
Apparently, this movement is taking shape and should quickly turn the asset that Dumani has in public support into a concrete maneuver.
The letter to the Parliament is nothing more than an invitation to a duel with Edi Rama, showing him his public stance on what the government does with public funds, from roads to the National Institute of Social Security.
In short, we are at a stage where Dumani is getting ready to take the field as the leader of the opposition and an alternative to Edi Rama.
It is no coincidence that the outgoing head of SPAK has had several meetings in different parts of the country with community members, mainly young people, to promote himself as a public speaker.
Likewise, the interviews he has recently given on television and in newspapers aim to shape his discourse in a broader framework than that of a prosecutor who deals only with procedures.
For this, it seems that Altin Dumani has received the 'OK' from the Americans, who, on the other hand, have also orchestrated all the chaos in the DP, in order to make it possible for Sali Berisha to leave.
Whether Gazment Bardhi's reception in America by an assistant to the US Attorney General, whether Salianj's movement or Adriatik Lapaj's protests, are nothing more than pieces of a new American "puzzle" that is challenging Edi Rama, towards an end or major political change./ Pamphlet

Kush je ti mor z.Gazetar që flet në emër të SHBA?. z.Altin Dumani nuk ka mandat për të rivalizuar Edi Ramën për Kryeministër. SHBA dhe BE nuk ka asnjë plan B. Planin B e ka 'Kasta Politike e Tiranës' për të zhbërë përpjekjet e SHBA dhe BE për ta ngritur Shtetin Shqiptar nga fundi i këmbëve të "Parisë së Tiranës"në piedestalin që historia ja ka rezervuar.
Njerezit kane qejf ndrryshimin, mbase e nis Tini pa frike kunder shumices, dhe ja arrin…
Pa prekur "folenë" ku Rama dhe të tjerët kanë vendosur pasurinë e tyre, kjo është një lojë me "zero pikë" me ndikim negativ në ekonomi. Konkretisht, pyetja: Ku i vendosin kaq shumë para? Jashtë vendit? Disa "kompani oligarke" vendase që duhet të jenë të lidhura në "tryezën e operacioneve" tashmë? Ryshfetet investohen në ato kompani. Indeksi i vëllimit të ndërtimit dhe çmimi i shitjes vazhdojnë të rriten! Ky nuk është një mesazh për ndërhyrësit ndërkombëtarë? Ata nuk ndjekin paratë, ata duan të luajnë një lojë për të vrarë kohën dhe për të shijuar diellin në Shqipëri! "Mushkonjat" do të mbijnë përsëri dhe do të shumohen më shumë nëse nuk e thani kënetën (oligarkët). Auditojini ato me ekspertë ndërkombëtarë, miniera e arit është atje!
Nuk do mend shumë kjo punë... Dumani bëhet kryeministër dhe shpëton Shqipëria!
