After the accusations raised by the opposition MPs in Thursday's protest near the Parliament building, that a police officer tried to draw a gun on the MPs, the State Police reacted with a statement.
In the police statement, it is emphasized that the officer had a spray on his belt, not a weapon.
But the Democratic Party has reacted to the police saying that they are trying to hide the attempt to kill the deputies.
According to PD, the video clearly shows that the gas cylinder is in the position of the rib, while the pistol is below it.

The State Police has distributed a video where it tries to cover the serious act of the guard who pointed the gun at two opposition MPs, Luan Baçi and Bledion Nallbati. In a video which was distributed to the media by the Police itself, it is clearly shown that the gas cylinder is in the position of the rib while the pistol is below it.
This refutes the deception of the police to hide an attempted murder of opposition MPs" , declared the blue headquarters.
