The former prime minister, Sali Berisha, from the window of the apartment where he is under house arrest, spoke about the accusations against Rama's brother regarding the 'Xibraka' case.
Berisha stated that Rama and his brother accepted the authorship of Xibraka's great crime. He further added that they have Albania as their fathers' manor and if they did not grab them by the scruff of the neck, they would never run away.
