The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has said that Sali Berisha and his supporters in the party have zero chance of winning the logo and seal of the party, if it will be a question of a regular judicial process.
According to him, if the "Bermuda Triangle" decides to distort the process and put the "judges in the sack", in this case this is a problem for the prosecution and the DP's strategic partners.
"In politics, some things are unpredictable. We set out to govern the country, we tried to create a complete symphony. Things didn't work out. The attempt to become a deputy with Berisha's list and Meta's logo is completely wrong. They must settle the accounts with PD and the Albanian opposition. If the law applies, the PD I lead is the official PD. The decision of the Supreme Court is quite clear and has defined the boundaries and leaves no doubt as to what is the legal reality. "Re-establishment" has zero chance in a correct legal process to get the official stamp and logo of the DP. If the "Bermuda Triangle" "puts the judges in the bag", this is another thing. It is a matter for the prosecution and strategic partners", said Basha in RTSH.
