The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, met with Congressman Keith Self in Texas, USA. As Begaj himself writes in "X", he thanked the American congressman for his attention to the Albanian issue and the Western Balkans.
The President also adds that the importance of the US presence in the region as well as the role of NATO and KFOR were discussed with Keith Self.
"It was a pleasure to meet Congressman @RepKeithSelf in Texas, whom I thanked for his attention to the Albanian issue and the Western Balkans. We exchanged opinions and perspectives on the importance of the US presence in the region, the role of the region itself, NATO and KFOR, as well as strengthening the strategic partnership between our two countries," President Begaj wrote on the social network "X".
