Instead of the "jackal" Adrian Koni, who should have been in prison, Director of the Seized and Confiscated Assets Agency, Minister Balla appointed Idriz Haxhiaj, who also has the position of Director of Public Order and Security Policies in the Ministry of the Interior.
It is not known how long Idriz Haxhiaj will keep the task of administering seized and confiscated assets, but maybe Minister Balla does not know that the former "green" officer Idriz Haxhiaj has "experience" as a master of bargains and corruption in every position he had after 2004.
To discover the hidden truth of Idriz Haxhiaj, it is enough to open the files of his activity and integrity, in the years he was Director of Discovery in the Ministry of Defense; Vice-Rector of "Skënderbej" University; Military Attaché at the Embassy of Albania in the USA; Director of Operations and Training at Army Headquarters; Rector of the Defense Academy, etc.

Now, the famous Idrizi has fallen into the hands of the "pan" of confiscated assets, where vice, nepotism and greed have encouraged him to do the first shopping with these assets that the justice seizes from the underworld.
There are rumors that director Idriz Haxhiaj has a family relationship with Sali Berisha, from whom he made a high career; and is rewarding him with the seized assets, allowing the son-in-law Malltezi and the construction partner Fatmir Bektashi, to sell the buildings in the "Mangalem 21" complex in Tirana without any obstacles, without receiving the obligation of 100,000 Euros per month.
HEC "Drita" seized by the other tropojan Erzen Breçani, continues its work, disguised behind a fictitious NIPT opened by the director Idriz Haxhiaj, with which he allegedly executes the act-seizure of SPAK, while the NIPT that seized SPAK continues to work under a different name.
The same scheme made by former director Adrian Koni with the seized resort "Santa Quaranta" and Klement Balili's palaces in Saranda; scheme which Idriz Haxhiaj is continuing, allowing Balilaj to use them and receive 100% of the profits.
But director Idriz Haxhiaj is doing another trick: with this promise, he will return the seized properties to his friends and those who pay; is using the subordinate as a realtor and creates fictitious commissions for alleged asset recovery procedures, when they are only recovered by justice.
