It is no coincidence that, just like in Xibarka, the name of Olsi Rama has appeared in several mafia gang affairs: from the lands in Himare, the laundering of the oligarchs' money with Gaz Demi in football; in the oil concessions with the Chinese tax PPP, in online betting with Fidel Ylli and Endri Meks and in the criminal group "Call-Center" with Amant Josif and the Maltese-Russian-Belarusian mafia...
On TV-Klan's "Opinion" show, Prime Minister Edi Rama's advisor Baton Haxhiu screamed, calling "slander" the indications and facts published by MP Gazmend Bardhi, for suspicions that Olsi Rama was part of the cocaine laboratory in Xibraka.
Even Olsi Rama, after making his "biography" to MP Gazmend Bardhi, said that the accusations against him are "slander", but admitted that he had known one of the members of Xibraka's gang.
There are 10 clues and facts, which create 3 reasonable doubts, to re-open the investigation:
- First, Olsi Rama was part of Xibraka's gang, because he himself admitted to knowing one of them, while according to the TIMS system, he traveled with Xibraka's laboratory bosses in the same cars, and used their car several times out of Albania, even a day before and after the Colombians entered.
- Secondly, the police (Artan Didi, Director of Neritan Nallbati, Director of Elbasan), removed Olsi Rama's name from the evidence report they submitted to the prosecutor's office, specifying him as "Shadow Person".
- Thirdly, the prosecutors of the "Xibraka" file, Olsi Çela and Edvin Kondili, did not take any investigative action for the "Shadow person with a long body and short hair", although this was the user of Xibraka's car with license plate "AA 653" DM".
But there are two other facts that force the re-investigation of the "Xibraka" file:
1. The State Police at the Border Point-Morina deleted from the electronic register the license plate of the car "AA 653 DM", with which Olis Rama entered and exited the day before and the day after the two Colombians who entered Albania were caught at Xibraka's laboratory.
2. In the car with license plate "AA 653 DM" of the Xibraka gang used by Olsi Rama, the police found the file of the medical epicrisis of Gregor Rama, who was treated with chemotherapy for testicular tumor "Nonseminoma Testicular" in Greece and the USA during the year 2006 and 2009.
And this material evidence, which creates the belief that Xibraka's car was a vehicle for Olsi Rama's personal use, the police did not hand over to the prosecutor's office, not even Olsi Rama's fingerprints on the car.
Even these facts that "Pamphlet" is publishing, Bablok's Batons will call them "slander", but in fact they are indications for SPAK to investigate Olsi Rama for involvement in the cocaine laboratory in Xibraka, as well as those who they deleted the evidence and his name from the file, to save him from facing justice.
