The Speaker of the Parliament, and also the political leader of the Socialist Party in the Tirana region, Elisa Spiropali, has been involved in a fierce debate with analyst Arjon Sulo.
As analyst Sulo asks him "why don't you debate with the opposition", Spiropali responds by saying that "I don't debate with people who label and use denigrating hate speech."
The debate between them:
Spiropali: We're not in a cafe, you're making jokes here, keep your place and speak properly.
Sulo: Do you mean the title? Do you mean ethics, the surname "madam," or politics?
Spiropali: Yes, you are definitely free, for humor.
Sulo: Since your Skanderbeg, he's not Skanderbeg at all, has told the Albanians to be quiet and wins the elections, you are.
Spiropali: You are not offended when Rama's dead and living are mentioned, when we are labeled thieves, criminals by name and not by political satire.
Khushi: We would be very happy to debate the program.
Sulo: Why don't you debate with them?
Spiropali: I don't get into a debate with people who label, use denigrating hate speech.
Sulo: Tabaku, Alimehmeti have denigrated you?
Spiropali: With all due respect to Tabaku, she is at the bottom of the open list.
Sulo: How do you tolerate Rama's order to leave the studios and want to win the elections?
