Staying in power for more than 3 terms has been profitable for the Socialists. " Pamphlet " has obtained the wealth declarations of the SP deputies for the past year and a large part of them do not hide their luxury.
Among them, purchases of vehicles of considerable value stand out, but also new properties, buildings, land, olive groves, forests and garages.
At the top of the list for new cars is Ardit Bido, who has declared the purchase of a vehicle worth 25 thousand euros, while Saimir Hasalla has added a vehicle worth 24 thousand euros to his ownership.
Evis Kushi has also renovated her garage. She has declared the purchase of a vehicle worth 20 thousand euros, while previously she sold another car for 6 thousand euros.
But Kushi's wealth does not stop at vehicles. The socialist MP is also a co-owner of several inherited properties, including an olive grove measuring 5,360 square meters, another olive grove measuring 707 square meters, and another property measuring 20,513 square meters, where a decrease in area was declared during the year.
One of the names with the most real estate assets is Lindita Nikolla. According to the declaration, she is a 50% co-owner of a plot of land with a building with a total area of 460 square meters. Also, during the year it turns out that she no longer owns two apartments with areas of 77.7 and 104.36 square meters, which were listed in the co-ownership.
Meanwhile, Ervin Hoxha has declared a plot of land measuring 22 square meters, as well as a plot of land with a building measuring 544 square meters, obtained by donation, where he owns 16.667% of each property.
Bledar Çuçi has added to his declaration a 1,000 square meter forest, created from income, while Agron Malaj has declared a 15 square meter garage, worth 700 thousand lek, created from savings.
On the other hand, Erion Braçe has stated that he no longer owns the 89 square meter apartment, as it has been sold.
Arbjan Maznik's declaration highlights a building with an area of 82 square meters, in 50% co-ownership. The document states a value of over 40 million euros, which clearly appears to be an error in the declaration, as it is inconsistent with the characteristics of the property itself.
Overall, the statements show that Socialist MPs continue to increase or reorganize their assets, investing in both real estate and vehicles. From cars worth tens of thousands of euros, to land, buildings, olive groves and forests, it seems that the long years in power have not been fruitless for the portfolios of some of the majority representatives.
