After an 8-year absence, Jozefina Topalli returns to the Assembly. During her speech in the Assembly, she criticized the previous session as well as the fact that a minister created by Artificial Intelligence will be part of this government.
The DP MP stated that a technological toy, which she considered a meme, cannot come to the Parliament by presidential decree.
Topalli advised Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi to consult with Gramoz Ruçi and ask him if it has ever happened that a technological toy was included in a decree.
"Mr. Paleshi, the first article of the Constitution states that Albania is a parliamentary republic. All deputies have sworn on this constitution. After swearing on this Constitution, they have begun its brutal violation. The introduction of an anti-constitutional decree on the agenda, which looked like a meme, that's what I thought. It's the most incredible thing. Ask Gramoz Ruçi? Has it ever happened that a technological toy has been included on the agenda, in the presidential decree? Has it happened in 3 decades that the first day has started with a change in the regulation and without consensus, in insult to the Constitution. Where did Mr. Peleshi go? Ask Mr. Gramoz Ruçi ," said Topalli.
