Prime Minister Edi Rama will announce today at the Socialist Party National Assembly the composition of the new government, which will lead the country during his fourth mandate.
Socialist Party delegates have begun gathering at the Palace of Congresses for the National Assembly meeting, where Socialist leader and Prime Minister Edi Rama is expected to announce the new government cabinet.
The following day, the 140 deputies will address the Assembly to be sworn in.
The Assembly meeting will begin at 11:00 and will take place at the Palace of Congresses. Initially, the agenda will be approved, before the leader of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama, will take the floor, who will present the names of the new cabinet, as well as list the main priorities of the new government for the coming years.
In another session, scheduled for Monday, Prime Minister Edi Rama will present his government and governing program to the Assembly.
Only after the parliament votes to approve the cabinet, the ministers of the Rama 4 government will go to the President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, for decreeing and swearing in.
