In an interview for the Italian state television "RAI 3", Rama informed the benefits of Albania in this help that it is giving to Italy. "Albania does not benefit from this agreement", Rama emphasized.
On February 22, 2024, the Albanian Parliament approved the Albania-Italy agreement for immigrants with 77 votes in favor from 140 deputies.
