In a closed-door meeting with local leaders and representatives of the majority, Prime Minister Edi Rama gave clear messages on improving services to citizens, with a special focus on access to the e-Albania digital platform.
He has requested the establishment of special offices near each municipality that will assist citizens in using the platform, while he has warned of the removal of licenses for those law firms that offer services related to e-Albania for a fee.
Rama has also requested staff refreshes in municipalities that are regional centers, excluding the Municipality of Tirana at this stage. The moves come as part of an expected administrative reorganization and an effort to increase efficiency in the provision of public services.
