Prime Minister Edi Rama seems to have "closed his mouth" regarding the unprecedented event in the North of Kosovo where 3 Kosovar police officers were kidnapped.
Everyone expected the Albanian government to condemn the case, but Rama seems to have done what he knows best, not to say a word against Vucic.
In a reaction on Twitter, he says that he has no position on this case because he is waiting for KFOR's version.
" Who says that we are silent or who wants to add fuel to the fire by raising accusations while KFOR is investigating the case, will not know about Kosovo or Albania, but only about the lost political war with me or about the policy of the imaginary war with Serbia.
That's why I have to remind you once again that Albania is part of the Euro-Atlantic community and has fixed the same line of this community, which bombed Serbia and created the state of Kosovo! We await the word of KFOR, which is investigating the case, and we stand by the immediate de-escalation! ", writes Rama.
Today's reaction follows many reactions in recent weeks. Rama has criticized Kurti for the tensions in the North and the climax reached yesterday, after the joint meeting between the two governments was cancelled.
Staying on the kidnapping of the policemen, although there are two versions (Kosovo claims that they were kidnapped on its territory and Serbia claims that they crossed the border), the way they were detained is scandalous. The police handcuffed you and also put a hood on your head and blindfolded you with stickers. They were also taken in cars and sent to Belgrade. So no matter what the version is, the way of arresting them must be condemned. But the prime minister seems to be following his megalomania, not lining up at any moment on the side of Kosovo.
