The Vice President of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, said that Prime Minister Rama is at his weakest political point. He emphasized that domestic and international pressure are moving in parallel towards a political solution.
Boçi also stated that the opposition protests will continue and will escalate in various forms, both on the streets and in parliament, with a single objective: the removal of Edi Rama and the creation of a transitional government.
According to him, the situation in Albania no longer represents a legitimate government, but a regime based on electoral manipulation, the capture of institutions and links to organized crime.
"Rama is at the prison door. He is defending power to protect himself. The US supports us. There is clear approval for the opposition to continue protests in all forms and ways.
International reactions may not be immediate, but they are continuous and strategic, while citizen pressure will be decisive.
"Regimes fall through protests. And this regime will leave under the pressure of Albanians ," Boçi told "A2 CNN," adding that every action of the prime minister is aimed at personal salvation and not public interest.
