According to TCH, Rama himself, among a close circle of collaborators, has expressed his desire to be the first on the list of candidates for deputies in the city of Shkodra.
This is to reveal the strong significance of the transformation of the Northern capital of Albania.
On the other hand, a strong message for the opposition with this possible candidacy from Rama in what the opposition values as its stronghold, but in the last local elections it entrusted the local government to the socialist candidate Benet Beci.
